Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using Webhook-Proof Stripe ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License Grant

2.1 Solo License

The Solo License grants one individual developer the right to:

  • Use the Product in unlimited projects for their own use
  • Modify the source code for their own use
  • Use the Product in commercial applications they develop for their own use

2.2 Agency License

The Agency License grants you all rights of the Solo License, plus:

  • Use the Product in unlimited client projects
  • No per-client license required
  • One written asynchronous code review of your webhook implementation
  • Priority email support

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product or its source code
  • Share your license with others or allow others to use it under your name
  • Use the Product to create competing products or services
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices or attribution

4. Merchant of Record

Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for all purchases. All payment processing, tax collection, and transaction records are handled by Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.

5. Digital Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally as a ZIP download immediately after purchase. Optional GitHub repository access may be provided upon request. You are responsible for downloading and storing your copy of the Product.

6. Updates and Support

All licenses include 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Updates include bug fixes, compatibility updates for supported frameworks, and adjustments for Stripe API changes. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. Agency license holders receive priority support.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase if the Product does not work as described. Refund requests must be made via email to syncoders@gmail.com and will be processed through Dodo Payments. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR THE USE AND RESULTS OF THE PRODUCT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASHWANI ARYA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
